WebQuality builds with a focus on greatswords generally are the most evenly powerful. Using things like Chaos Bed Vestiges with the Claymore while having ToD and Great Heavy Soul Arrow is a scary thing to fight. Otherwise, I recommend pure strength with UGS's, either Black Knight or FUGS, or the classic crystal weapon twinblade build.
