WebJun 1, 2007 · Wanted to try road biking, and I figured this would be a good way to start. I think the year is about 1985. Has top of the line components ( for 1985 !!) on it and in good shape. It weighs about 20 lbs. Tried looking for a Fuji catalog of this era, but unable to find one with the Opus in it. WebThe sitting position is upright, with back-swept bars - don't even think about aerodynamics! This is a bike for a cruise along the bike path, or a leisurely ride to the market; not for working up a sweat pounding along the pavement. In that respect, it performs well, with good comfort and stability, and can even handle a climb with aplomb.
