WebbHere's what I would do if I wanted the exact same neighborhood switched from desert or dirt to grass. First I'd create a custom neighborhood, usiing the exact same template of the neighborhood in question, but with grass. Exit out of game. Open up Mootilda's Hood Replacer. Replace the current desert neighborhood with the grassy one.
